The House- So precious

We're thinking of putting an offer down on this house next week. ACK! We looked at it last night and fell in love.

Three bedroom, two bath, 1,700 square feet with a finished basement and new paint inside. One stall garage that is easily converted to a two stall. Nice backyard with a patio and areas for gardening. Yay gardening!

It's really close to some of the nicest parks in the Twin Cities. I just hope no one looks at it and makes an offer before we do next week. I couldn't sleep last night.
